1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Story2Song ("the Service"), operated by Crazy Kitten (Marvin Mind), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Story2Song creates personalized songs based on information you provide. We generate custom lyrics and produce original music tracks for various occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and other special events.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD, AUD, GBP, or EUR). Payment is required before song production begins. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your custom song. You may share it privately with friends and family but may not use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Crazy Kitten retains copyright of the musical composition and production.

5. Delivery

Songs are typically delivered within 7-14 business days via email and your online portal. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Audio files are available for download for 3 months from delivery date.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our service, refunds are only available if:

• We are unable to deliver your song within 30 days
• The delivered song does not match your specifications
• You cancel within 24 hours of ordering (before production begins)

7. Content Guidelines

You agree not to provide content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or offensive
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material (unless specified and agreed upon)

We reserve the right to refuse service for any order that violates these guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crazy Kitten is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
